Eligibility Criteria

  • Prior working experience on working atleast 2 of Web/mobile/API products
  • Prior experience of working on waterfall/iterative and Agile scrum/Kanban models
  • Prior experience in test planning, test effort estimation, test scheduling, budgeting
  • Should be experienced in all types of testing including regression, exploratory, usability, compatibility, and accessibility testing
  • Prior experience in defining and capturing test metrics, reporting to client’s QA team
  • Prior experience of managing atleast 10 member QA team
  • Should be familiar with several test/project management tools including ALM, Azuredevops, Jira, etc
  • Prior experience in handling test projects from the scratch
  • Should have knowledge on test automation fundamentals, scripting using any test automation tools
  • Should be familiar with the latest QA practices including continuous testing, shift left testing, etc
  • Should be a quick learner and flexible to adapt to new clients/processes
  • Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills


Roles & Responsibilities

    1. Manage a team of atleast 20 member QA team that consists of test leads, engineers, test automation engineers
    2. Manage multiple testing accounts simultaneously
    3. Be flexible to be on hands-on testing role
    4. Independently conduct test consulting assignments that include problem identification, analysis  solution recommendation, and implementation
    5. Be +1 escalation for all the clients and resolve them in a timely manner
    6. Take complete ownership of QA delivery of respective testing accounts
    7. Demonstrate thought leadership, best practices, innovation to the clients
    8. Involve in hiring and training activities
    9. Own up business unit level goals and deliver them
    10. Performance management of the team
    11. Involve in pre-sales activities such as POCS, test proposal, and RFIs
    12. Independently troubleshoot any technical issues within the team and find solutions
    13. Ensure client satisfaction, employee satisfaction rates are maintained at healthy levels
